TRAINING
An evaluation is typically the first step. DSP uses a systematic movement screen to assess muscle imbalance along with inefficient movement patterns. This session lasts roughly 60 minutes. This allows DSP to make observations and prepare the right course of action to start the athlete on.
A training session typically lasts for 75 minutes in which the performance coach and athlete will continue to build the athlete’s strength by developing a functional baseline using bodyweight exercises. As the athlete’s existing ability continues to grow and they become stronger; DSP will then continue the program by adding external resistance.
Package pricing is available.
Semi private sessions and group classes are also available for athletes of the same sport, ability, and age. These groups can be requested by athletes, coaches, or recommended by the strength coach, and they generally last for 90 minutes. Pricing is based upon number of athletes; Maximum number of athletes per group: 8.
